I developed an approach to Asana template(s) configuration that attempts to focus on combining project timelines with step by step guides on how to actually perform key marketing functions. The overall goal was to provide not only a more user-friendly, intuitive approach to project planning, but also a more spelled out guide to the process for completing a specific type of marketing deliverable as well as roles and responsibility considerations for team members participating in a given marketing project. After the tactic templates were created  a training + teaching materials were crafted to help an entire marketing team learn and adopt this new process to manage marketing projects across multiple clients and business units.
